The substantive report for the year 2024 is now available

The substantive report for 2024 is now available on our website. In it, we summarize our past year’s activities, successes, and challenges, share our reflections, and outline our vision for the future of our organization.

We strongly encourage you to read it because 2024 was a year of intense changes, challenges, and great achievements for Nomada. It was a year in which we experienced extreme conditions as an organization—lack of stability, the need for adaptation, and the pressure of an uncertain future.

Yet, we never stopped for a moment.

▪️ With great pride, we opened POBO Community Spot—a space that immediately filled with life, grassroots initiatives, and a sense of community.

▪️ Our Advisory Point on Dubois Street also launched, becoming a stable support hub for migrants after many months of preparation.

▪️ It was also a year of forging new alliances—we joined the international initiative “Social Patronage” and the Polish-Palestinian Initiative for Justice “KAKTUS.” Our relationships with other human rights organizations became stronger than ever.

▪️ In response to the growing number of people seeking legal, social, and psychological support, we assisted 2,467 individuals and provided 6,168 consultations.

⚫️ Our organization’s key activities included:

  • Assistance with residence documentation and obtaining international protection,
  • Casework support and anti-discrimination education,
  • Combating gender-based violence and hate-motivated violence,
  • Psychological support and child protection,
  • Informational and advocacy efforts.

🖤 We thank everyone who has been with us throughout this time—our team, clients, partners, funders, and every person who has supported our work.
