The International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People

Join us for an event in Wrocław organized as part of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.
This is a day to emphasize the importance of standing in solidarity with Palestinians. We want this day to serve as an expression of our opposition and resistance to the occupation and genocide in Gaza, perpetrated by extremists in power in Israel.

Why this day?
November 29 marks the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, commemorating the historic adoption of UN Resolution 181 in 1947, which proposed the partition of Palestine. This symbolic date was chosen by the United Nations General Assembly in 1977 when the day was officially established, and it was first observed a year later, in 1978.
