Vision
Building a united and strong community of workers from Latin America in Poland, where all migrants will have access to regulated and fair employment opportunities. Migrant individuals aim to create an inclusive and respectful work environment, where every contribution is valued and recognized.
Goals

Creating social campaigns on labor rights and the legal processes accompanying working migrant women and men.

Offer of advice and support for migrants in difficult situations.

Promotion of dialogue with authorities and employers to improve working conditions.

Establishment of a solidarity support network among workers from Latin America.
As part of its strategic actions, the Nomada Association collaborates with Latin American communities in Poland. We believe it is essential to create conditions that strengthen the community of workers from Latin America.
Given the engagement of this community and its awareness of labor rights, substantive and financial support could accelerate the process of emancipation, expand support networks within the community, and bring about a valuable change in how exploitation in the labor market is perceived by Polish society.
