The NOMADA Association provides support to individuals using its services in an environment of respect, safety, and protection of their dignity and privacy. Individuals acting on behalf of the Association are obligated to adhere to the highest ethical standards. All forms of violence (physical, psychological, sexual), abuse of power or trust, and discrimination based on gender, age, origin, and other personal characteristics are prohibited. The Association does not accept any sexual relationships with its beneficiaries, the disclosure of their personal data without consent, nor the use of their image without informed consent.
In case of violation of the rules, affected individuals can report incidents using the reporting form or by contacting Trust Person, which provides procedural support as well as psychological and legal assistance.
