“WELCOME. To create a city friendly to foreigners”
1 of September NOMADA began implementation of a watch-dog project “WELCOME. To create a city friendly to foreigners. “
It’s aim is to facilitate every day life of foreigners living in Wrocław. According to our research there are 5 institutions foreigners living in Wroclaw the most often come into contact with. These are: Department of Civil and Lower Silesia Regional Office for Foreigners, Border Guards, the police, railway station and coach station.
Within the project we want to check to what extent they are prepared for contact with foreigners. Your feedback will be particularly valuable to us in creating recommendations for them.
Don’t hestitate to contact us and share your opinion and experiences.
The results of the research will be published in a report and recommendations to the 5 institutions will be provided. The final stage of the project will be advocacy – together with the 5 institutions we will try to find solutions that will allow the best possible adaptation of them to contact with foreigners.
The project is funded by the Stefan Batory Foundation
