Dzia\u0142amy tam, gdzie system zawodzi \u2013 tam, gdzie brakuje rozwi\u0105za\u0144 albo s\u0105 one niewystarczaj\u0105ce. Zapewniamy pomoc w najtrudniejszych przypadkach i nigdy nie zostawiamy nikogo bez wsparcia. Nasze warto\u015bci to niezale\u017cno\u015b\u0107, r\u00f3wno\u015b\u0107, antyrasizm i sprawiedliwo\u015b\u0107. Wierzymy w bezwarunkowe wsparcie i solidarno\u015b\u0107. Stajemy po stronie tych, kt\u00f3rych prawa s\u0105 zagro\u017cone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dzi\u0119kuj\u0119 komisji za zorganizowanie wys\u0142uchania publicznego w Sejmie. Dialog jest esencj\u0105 tworzenia dobrego prawa. Jestem pa\u0144stwu wdzi\u0119czny za przywracanie fundamentalnego znaczenie s\u0142owa \u201eparlament\u201d i ch\u0119\u0107 wys\u0142uchania zar\u00f3wno os\u00f3b, kt\u00f3re do\u015bwiadczy\u0142y uchod\u017astwa, jak i specjalist\u00f3w w dziedzinie migracji. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projekt ustawy narusza prawo mi\u0119dzynarodowe i Konstytucj\u0119 RP.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Konwencja Genewska (1951 r.) \u2013 Artyku\u0142 33 ust. 1 zakazuje zawracania uchod\u017ac\u00f3w do kraj\u00f3w, w kt\u00f3rych grozi im prze\u015bladowanie, tortury lub \u015bmier\u0107. Projekt ustawy pozwala na odmow\u0119 przyj\u0119cia wniosku o ochron\u0119 mi\u0119dzynarodow\u0105 bez wcze\u015bniejszego zbadania sytuacji danej osoby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Europejska Konwencja Praw Cz\u0142owieka (EKPC) \u2013 Artyku\u0142 3 EKPC zakazuje nieludzkiego i poni\u017caj\u0105cego traktowania. Pushbacki mog\u0105 prowadzi\u0107 do jego naruszenia.
