Pauli\u0144ska 4\/8, 50-247 Wroc\u0142aw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 8982168187, National Court Register (KRS): 0000342030.<br><strong>User<\/strong> \u2013 any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided by the Service Provider.<br><strong>Electronic Communication<\/strong> \u2013 communication between the parties via email and contact forms available on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>II. General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the operation and use of the Service, as well as the scope of rights and obligations of Users and the Service Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider offers free tools enabling Users to access content, including articles, audiovisual materials, web applications, and forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider shall not be liable for the manner in which Users use the content available through the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The User bears full responsibility for the manner in which materials made available through the Service are used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider does not guarantee the usefulness or suitability of the materials published on the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>III. Conditions of Use of the Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use of the Service is free of charge and voluntary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must accept these Terms and Conditions in full in order to continue using the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users may not use personal data obtained through the Service for marketing purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technical requirements for using the Service:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A device capable of displaying websites,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internet access,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A browser compliant with W3C standards supporting HTML5, JavaScript, and cookies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must comply with internet security rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any activities that may compromise the security of the Service are prohibited, including decompiling source code, attempting server attacks, uploading malicious software, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a security incident or GDPR breach, Users should immediately notify the Service Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IV. Registration Conditions and Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use of the Service does not require registration; however, some services are available only to registered users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration in the Service is voluntary and free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each User may have only one account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By registering, the User consents to the processing of their personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in the event of violations of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users may delete their accounts independently, which results in the anonymization of their data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V. Newsletter Service Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subscription to the Newsletter service is voluntary and free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providing and verifying an email address is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Newsletter service includes notifications about updates, competitions, and promotional campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time via the link included in the emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VI. Communication and Provision of Other Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service enables interaction with users through contact forms, comments, and the publication of content, graphics, and multimedia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must comply with the rules when posting content on the Service, including refraining from publishing offensive, vulgar, illegal, or copyright-infringing materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Publishing marketing or advertising content without the Service Provider\u2019s consent is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VII. Collection of User Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service collects and processes personal data for the proper provision of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Collected data includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, location, time spent on the Service, operating system, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registration data: first and last name, email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rules regarding data processing are described in the \u201cPrivacy Policy\u201d and the attached \u201cGDPR Information Obligation\u201d document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VIII. Copyright<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service Provider is the owner of the Service and the copyright holder of its content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Copying, reproducing, or processing content without the Service Provider\u2019s consent is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users may use press information provided that they do not copy entire texts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IX.
